Dr. Rebecca E. Updyke received her chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She graduated magna cum laude in 1983. Her undergraduate studies were at James Madison University in Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.
With over 26 years of experience in practicing customized care, she continues to upgrade and update her education in the fields of chiropractic, nutrition and other healing modalities.
Dr. Updyke holds to a holistic approach towards health and healing. Adequate time is scheduled to allow patients to discuss their health concerns. She uses spinal manipulation, modalities, low level laser, exercise programs and nutrition information to treat her patients. She also offers recommendations for beneficial ergonomics in the home and work place. Health care plans are designed to address each person's individual needs.
In her free time Dr. Updyke enjoys the front range and loves to go hiking, bird watching, fishing and hanging out with her family.
